mabye they should do the trader and have a 6 slot like the 5 slot for materials but not stacking 6 slot just unlimited wepon mod holder no stacking that would kill econmy even more

/signed for stacking...anything that is exactly the same should be stackable. If it were though I'd have like 4 stacks of that stupid green bow outside Rhilon Refuge by now

/signed for merchant

i cant stand trading with real players in LA or Kamadan, if i need an inscription it would be so nice to just go and get it from merchant. And it would be much easier to sell off my other inscriptions i dont really need that are just sitting there taking place, waiting or a guildie to say "does anyone have I can See clearly Now" inscription"

/notsigned for stackable, the merchant would probably solve this issue as well. i think its overkill

Two different matters here, really. Can't say I'm too concerned with them being stackable, but the more pressing issue here is making them have a trader - to which I wholeheartedly agree. It doesn't make sense to have these two assets be the only thing that you have to ask for in general chat.

Let's consider everything:
- They are upgrades. Just like runes. And they even work quite like them: 25 price unidentified, 26...+100 identified, variable prices, not stackable, salvageable...
- PvP-only accounts don't have a way to mod Zaishen and HoH drops, other than trading with other players or more Zaishen and HoH drops.
- There are rune traders in all PvP outpost.
- If you depend on other players to get them, there will be ALWAYS a lot of upgrades that NO-ONE will sell, NEVER, no matter how much time you wait or where you ask. Why? Because no one would pay for them enough for players to bother to sell them. An example? Most +2 runes.
- If a PvP-account character depend on Zaishen/HoH cests for the upgrades... well... it would be like having a Ferrary with a bike pedal engine. PvP is NOT meant to work so slow. With traders and Xunlai Market they could sell Zaishen/HoH rewards while playing and buy upgrades with the cash.
- Just like runes, if they were stackable, some people would start to use the most expensive ones as currency, like it would happen to superior vigor runes.

So, we end up that traders would be by far the best option:
- They work as storage, so you don't need to store the cheaper ones, only the most expensive that you are planning to use soon. And buy them for just 100g when you need them.
- There will be always or almost always a way to get an upgrade, regardless of people selling it or not.
- People will REALLY know average prices for them, since demand is much easier to see in traders.

So, all upgrades should work the same, all upgrades should have traders, but not be stackable.
If you need an upgrade, you go to the trader(not to your storage), if you don't need it, you sell it to the trader (you don't keep it).
If the upgrade is rare or expensive, you keep it, but you canno keep a lot of them.

"Traders" and "Not stackable" is the best option for upgrades.

Stackable: Hell yeah. Tired of having like 5 or 6 15^50 inscriptions taking all those spaces in my inventories but I can stack materials. Or the amount of Zelnehlun's Longbows I got during last weekend (8 or 9...).

Merchant: Yeah. Tired of not being able to sell anyone anything... mod/inscription merchant would give me less money but hey, still more money than the usual merchant (2.5k vs. 25g, anytime).

Can I have pie even if I care? D=

/Signed for Traders.

That would make things a hell of a lot easier, no more endless searching for Niche or even common incriptions etc.

/notsigned for stackable mods. Giving people the means to stockpile items is bad.

/signed for a trader. It works for other resources, so I'm confident it'll work for mods too.

should fix the craving for mods and inscriptions, i agree im tired to try and find mods for my eles, and it would help my mules that have like 30 inscriptions on them, and since i need my first mod id like a mod trader.

Better idea:

Make a new NPC who customizes mods for your own use. And those will be stackable.
The item itself will not be customized but the mod will be, so someone could still buy the item, but would have to change the mod on it.

dont think a trader would be that worthwhile as it would just stop people selling mods and would reduce player to player trading.

/signed trader They waste my space and if I was lucky to get an item that is worth upgrading i would love to go to a trader instead of checking 10 characters inventory to see if I have one

/ not signed no stacking too many chipmonk nut horders already

If no one wants to buy them, why hold on to them? Just go to merchant and sell them.
